Nominations Committee
Committee Role This permanent committee solicits declarations of candidacy from NACM members interested in serving as a Board Member or Board Officer. The committee interviews the candidates and recommends a slate of nominees for action by the NACM membership. This committee is chaired by the past president. The president appoints members based on recommendations of the past president. Planning Committee
Committee Role This permanent committee maintains and updates the Strategic Plan. This committee is also charged with the responsibility for reviewing and making recommendations for revisions to the NACM Operations Manual and the Bylaws. Committee Role This standing committee is responsible for all of NACM's educational offerings. The committee plans and conducts the Midyear and Annual Conferences. Publications Committee
Committee Role This standing committee creates and publishes various publications including the Court Manager, the Communique and the Mini Guides. From time to time, it may issue other articles and publications of interest to the membership. The Publications committee works closely with the Professional Development and Website Committees. Ethics Committee
Committee Role This standing committee is responsible for maintaining and updating the Model Code of Conduct as well as the ethics section of the NACM website, contribute to the NACM publications, and develop and maintain an ethics opinion database for questions and advisory responses based on the Code of Conduct.
